Billy O’Neill is wild. His skating is fast and raw. He’s known for doing some of the biggest gaps while rolling with a solid, clean style. This Staten Island raised skater has traveled the world, but remains true to his roots in NYC. He has proven that he’s here to stay as he is not only one of the most respected bladers but is also one of the three veteran skaters who own and founded CREATE.
